The tiny symbol, on the sealed end of the tube, comes in green, blue, red or black. And many believe it is a secret code to let you know how toxic the ingredients are.
The theory is that:
Green means a completely natural toothpaste
Blue means the toothpaste’s composition is natural in combination with medicines
Red means natural plus chemicals
Black equals all chemicals
